We are a business with the spirit of a start-up and the backbone of a manufacturer. What began as a vision to bring emotion and excellence to hospitality textiles — is today a growing brand serving 200+ clients across hotels, hospitals, spas, and export markets.

The driving force behind our scale and precision, Beena brings structure, speed, and sustainability to the business. Her ability to align operations with excellence makes AJM a dependable partner across the hospitality spectrum.
An IIT Kharagpur alumnus with a deep understanding of customer journeys, Anurag shapes the AJM brand from insight to impact. His storytelling-led approach turns products into experiences and ensures our message resonates from luxury resorts to global buyers.
From fabric technologists and dyeing specialists to supply chain managers and client consultants, our team brings together diverse expertise with a shared obsession for detail. Whether it’s customizing a fabric for a boutique resort or managing delivery timelines for a hospital chain, our people work quietly behind the scenes to make every thread count.

Our headquarters and stitching unit are located in Hyderabad, which serves as the nerve center for operations, design, and quality control. We manage our entire supply chain end-to-end — from sourcing premium grey fabric to singeing, mercerizing, dyeing, and final tailoring. These processes, executed in partnership with our trusted ecosystem, are closely monitored and quality-assured by our internal teams — ensuring that every thread meets AJM standards.
Our integrated approach means every product you receive is the result of a tightly controlled, high-precision supply chain built around accountability, traceability, and excellence.

By the end of 2025, we will commission a new manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, further strengthening our production capacity, innovation pipeline, and ability to serve both domestic and global markets with greater agility.
